Behrens and Associates reimagined a 15,000 sf tilt-up concrete building in El Segundo as a vibrant office for a sound mitigation firm, blending function with identity. Inspired by the client’s passion for art, design, and racing, the architecture balances industrial and refined elements, with rooflines nodding to Silverstone and biophilic touches creating a workplace that feels both bold and personal.
